Black+Blums new Glass Water Bottles are designed to offer a totally unique and fully enjoyable drinking experience. A really neat and well thought out detail is that the cap thread itself is unique as it is actually to be found on the inside of the bottle neck (not the usual outside) giving you a smooth, non-spill outer surface to confidently drink from.
The lid itself features the highest quality stainless steel inside and out so that your water has absolutely no contact at all with any plastic parts.
These beautiful bottles come complete with a colourful protective non-slip silicone sleeve together with a convenient carrying loop.

Members assist non-profit organisations that protect land, forests, rivers, oceans and also encourage sustainable methods of energy production.

In addition Black+Blum donate to 2 charities: First City Harvest which puts surplus food to good use in a sustainable way. In a city as affluent as London, it is shocking to find that thousands of people go hungry each day. City Harvest collects nutritious surplus food from all segments of the food industry and distributes it to the needy. Second Trees for Cities are the only UK charity working on a national and international scale to improve lives by planting trees in cities. To date they have planted more than 1,117,899 trees with over 6000 volunteers, and educated over 16,000 school children in 26 cities.
The glass used these bottles is Borosilicate - it is lightweight, strong and can withstand extreme temperatures (so safe for use in ovens, microwaves, freezers or dishwashers). It is also thermal shock resistant, so less likely to shatter when exposed to sudden temperature change. It is also chemical resistant, taste-neutral and free from lead and BPA free. It will age extremely well, last a lifetime and is 100% recyclable.
Black&Blum use plastic sparingly and responsibly because, sometimes, a specific plastic is simply the best material for the job required. These include polypropylene, Tritan, and POM. They fully understand, and agree with, the backlash against plastic pollution, however the main issue revolves around single-use plastics and the mountain of waste they leave behind. They make sure their plastics are BPA, BPS and phthalate free, are fully recyclable and, most importantly, are made to last.
